A flat fee rate is a fixed amount you pay to represent you in a legal matter. The payments set at regular intervals based on the work completed.As every case is different please contact us to discuss the best option available for you.

An hourly rate is set based on the time spent on your case. This includes time spent on preparing for the case, drafting  documents , email & telephone correspondence, research on your case. This includes telephone conversations and email correspondence with you and opposing party in your legal matter. Please contact us to discuss.

A contingency fee is a percentage of judgement or settlement awarded in your legal matter.  The percentage is set based on the work done to achieve that judgment or settlement.
